Design & Planning
Next, we collaborate with top architects and designers to bring your dream home to life—on paper first. From floor plans to finishes, this is where your vision starts to take shape. Whether you’ve partnered with an architect or need help finding one, we’re ready to collaborate and bring your vision to life. We also handle permitting and preliminary site planning during this phase.

Budget Finalization & Contract
Once the design is approved, we provide a transparent, itemized proposal. No surprises. No hidden fees. Just honest, clear pricing and a solid contract that reflects your priorities.

Construction Begins
This is where the magic happens. We break ground and manage every element of construction—from foundation to final finishes. You’ll receive weekly updates, walkthroughs at major milestones, and direct communication with Heath or Jeff throughout the build.

Final Walkthrough & Delivery
When your home is complete, we walk through it together to ensure everything meets your expectations. After delivery, we remain available for any post-move-in questions or support.
